We're a small appointment-only studio in Waterdown, open Wednesday to Saturday, and the same person treats you every visit.

Common Questions

Which facial should I book first?

Most first-time clients begin with the Signature Facial, which is $89 on a first visit and 50–60 minutes. It treats your skin and lets us assess it at the same time. If your main question is about your home routine rather than a treatment, a $50 Skin Consultation is the better first appointment.

How often should I get a facial?

It depends on what you are treating. Skin turns over roughly every four weeks, so monthly is the usual rhythm for anyone working on a specific goal. Clients maintaining healthy skin often come every six to eight weeks. We tell you what we would suggest and leave the decision to you.

What is the difference between a facial and a specialty facial?

A Signature Facial is customized to your skin on the day and suits any starting point. A specialty facial follows a defined G.M. Collin protocol built for one goal — hydrolifting, collagen, or sea-C brightening — and starts at $155. We recommend beginning with a Signature Facial so we know how your skin responds first.
