We never want membership to feel pressured, required, or buried in confusing tiers. Once we've had a first-time client in and understand their skin and goals, we may recommend ongoing facials through membership — but only if it genuinely makes sense for them. The goal is simple, flexible, beneficial care that feels like a natural continuation of what we started together.

If ongoing care makes sense for your goals, we'll explain membership in a simple, low-pressure way. Some clients don't need monthly visits — and that's perfectly okay.

If you miss a month, nothing punitive happens — tell us and we will work around it rather than charge you for a visit you did not take. Monthly is the natural rhythm for most skin goals, since skin turns over roughly every four weeks. The studio is in Waterdown, Ontario, appointment-only Wednesday to Saturday — book online or email us and we will help you decide whether membership actually fits how often you come.
