Nervous about a first facial? That's completely normal.
We hear it all the time. You'll walk into a calm, private space where there's no judgement and no pressure of any kind. We take our time getting to know your skin, answer every question, and explain what we're doing as it happens — so there are no surprises and no embarrassing moments.

There's never pressure to buy products or commit to anything. You leave understanding your skin, with a clear plan — whether that's simply today's facial or your longer-term goals.
A note on arriving — and why our door is sometimes locked.
We're a small, hands-on studio without a traditional front desk. That means there are times we're all in treatments and the front door is locked so our clients' facials stay calm and uninterrupted — it's never anything personal.
Because of this, we kindly ask that you book online or email us rather than dropping in. If you've booked and arrive to a locked door, you're in the right place — just give us a moment, or reach us at the email above and we'll make sure you're looked after.
We rarely take calls, so online booking and email are always the fastest way to reach us. Thank you for understanding — it helps us give every client our full, unhurried attention.

Good To Know
A few things worth knowing.
Cancellations
We ask for 48 hours' notice so we can offer your time to another client. Cancelling without notice carries a $25 fee — but we understand life happens, and we're flexible when giving notice simply wasn't possible.
Running late & missed visits
Let us know and we'll do our best to fit your full facial into the time you have left. If you're more than 25 minutes late we'll reschedule you, with a $25 late fee. A missed appointment without any word is charged the full facial fee.
Consent forms
Your first facial, microneedling session, chemical peel, dermaplaning or membership starts with a short consent form. It takes a minute or two, and it's how we make sure every treatment is safe for your skin.
Ages
Our Teen Facial is designed for ages 14–18. Every other treatment is for adults 18 and over.

For most first-time clients, we recommend starting with a Signature Facial — it lets us understand your skin while giving you a relaxing, results-focused treatment. Come exactly as you are — there's nothing to prepare. Makeup is completely fine; a double cleanse is part of every facial anyway. The only tip we ever give: arrive with hair you don't mind getting a little messed up.
Yes — we offer targeted treatments including microneedling, RF microneedling, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. You can book most directly; for microneedling we'll guide you on a plan, and RF microneedling starts with a quick consultation. Members receive preferred pricing on all of them.
Every facial is customized to your skin that day. A Signature Facial may include a double cleanse, exfoliation, microdermabrasion, extractions if needed, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, a customized mask, and professional finishing products — always tailored to your skin and goals.
Not at all. Membership is never required and never pushed. It's simply an option for clients who want to stay consistent — and we'll only ever suggest it if it genuinely makes sense for your skin and goals. Here's how it works, with no pressure.
That's completely okay — most people aren't sure, and figuring it out is part of what we do. During your facial or consultation we'll assess your skin and explain what we're seeing in plain language. You don't need to know anything in advance.
We'll guide you toward a simple, realistic routine based on your skin — never an overwhelming shelf of products you don't need. We work with professional G.M. Collin skincare, but there's never pressure to purchase — more on how we work and what we use. A Skin Consultation is perfect if home routine is your main focus.
It depends on your skin and goals. Some clients come occasionally for maintenance and relaxation; others benefit from more regular treatments. We guide everyone individually and will always recommend a frequency that's realistic for you — never more than you need.
Not necessarily. Monthly facials work beautifully for many people because skin renews on roughly a monthly cycle — so consistency tends to create the best long-term results. But some skin and goals don't call for monthly visits, and we'll tell you honestly if that's the case for you.
For most skin, monthly is gentle and supportive rather than excessive — it's about maintaining healthy skin over time, not over-treating. We specialize in skin longevity, not quick fixes, so everything we recommend is paced to what your skin can comfortably benefit from.
